Learning About Erosion

Your Assignment

This page shows how the NetLogo/Pedagogica component of the experience would work. Students would be guided through the NetLogo erosion model with added prompts. These prompts would also guide them through the questions presented with their assignment. If they needed additional help at anytime, they could click on the question mark button for more specific help on how to use the application and reminders of their assignment goal. Students would adjust the setting on the left and see the results of their adjustments on the left.

In this screen, students are prompted to create their mountains on which to experiment. For this reason, the "Rain" and "Wind" are grayed out and unavailable. They can create their mountains by choosing the number of peaks they would like and how steep they would like those peaks to be. Go to another screen.
